These terms govern access to Finto and the digital services described on this site.
You must meet the applicable age and residency requirements, provide accurate current information, and update it when it changes. Identity checks may be required before an account or operation can be activated.
Use services only for lawful purposes and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Account balances, transfers and withdrawals are subject to verification, available funds, applicable limits and separate product agreements. A request may remain pending until it has been reviewed; submitting a request does not itself transfer funds.
Applicable fees will be disclosed before the relevant service is used. Digital services may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, security or events outside our control.
